What to expect,
gently.
It is natural to feel a flicker of nervousness before a first session. Here is the shape of what awaits — so that you may arrive a little lighter, knowing you are already understood.
Arrival
You are welcomed quietly. A warm shower, soft robe, herbal tea. The world begins to soften before a single word of preparation is spoken.
Sitting
We sit briefly. You share what you wish, no more. Breath slows, intention settles, the nervous system begins to trust the room.
Ritual
Candles, scent, oil warmed in the hands. The transition from talking to feeling happens gently, often without you noticing.
Receiving
The body is met with slow, intuitive touch — never rushed, never demanded of. Energy moves where it needs to. You simply allow.
Integration
Stillness. Warm towels. A quiet sip of water. Time to return to yourself before re-entering the world above.
A few quiet considerations.
- — Eat lightly beforehand.
- — Arrive a little earlier than the appointment.
- — Leave the phone in another room, if you can.
- — Wear something soft and easy to remove.
- — Bring only yourself — there is nothing else to bring.
There is no test here.
You are never asked to perform, to relax on cue, or to feel a certain way. Tears arrive sometimes. Laughter arrives sometimes. Stillness, mostly. All of it is welcome. The only invitation is to remain in your body and breathe.
You may pause, adjust, or end the session at any moment, without explanation. This is yours.
- ·Those weary of being constantly capable.
- ·Those carrying heavy weeks, decades, or grief.
- ·Those curious about the body as a place of intelligence rather than performance.
- ·Those seeking presence rather than stimulation.
- ·Those who treat others with quiet respect, and expect the same in return.
