Arrive softly, prepared.
A gentle guide for first-time visitors — what to wear, when to arrive, and how to meet the threshold of the session with ease.
When to arrive
Please arrive at the time agreed — not earlier, not later. A few minutes' grace either way is natural; anything more disrupts the careful rhythm of the day. Same-day bookings are never accepted, and the door is not opened to walk-ins.
What to wear
Whatever feels comfortable and easy to remove. There is no dress code. You will undress for the shower and may remain undressed, robed, or covered with a soft sheet as you prefer — the choice is always yours.
Hygiene
A warm shower is offered on arrival and is part of the ritual itself — a transition from the outside world. Fresh towels, oils, and everything you need are provided. Please come freshly bathed and refrain from heavy fragrance.
What to bring
Only yourself, your breath, and the deposit balance (cash or card). Nothing else is needed. Leave laptops, watches and the rush of the day in the world outside.
What not to bring
Please do not bring alcohol or recreational substances. The work asks for a clear, embodied presence — not a blurred one. Recording devices of any kind are not permitted within the sanctuary.
Phones
Phones are silenced and set aside before the session begins. No photography, no messaging, no notifications. The space is held entirely offline.
Eating and drinking
A light meal an hour or two before is ideal — neither full nor fasting. Avoid heavy food and excessive caffeine. Herbal tea and water are offered on arrival.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Once a session is confirmed with a deposit, that time is held exclusively for you. Cancellations forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is possible once, with at least forty-eight hours' notice and a fresh deposit. Repeated changes suggest the timing is not yet right.
After the session
Please allow yourself a quiet hour afterwards. Drink water. Walk gently. The integration of the work continues long after you leave the room — many speak of subtle openings days later.
